Our clients care deeply about the look, feel, and atmosphere of their wedding. Their priority is not just an event, but a carefully curated experience, where every detail is intentional. Designing and decorating all events in-house, we ensure that every celebration is a reflection of the couple’s vision—never formulaic or mass-produced.
Many venues and planners operate on a package model, offering a standardized wedding with an all-inclusive fee covering the venue, photography, makeup, food, and flowers. While this approach works for some, we believe in offering something more personal, more creative, and entirely tailored to you.
Every vendor we recommend is chosen because they are the right fit for your wedding, not because of any commission arrangement. We do not take commissions from vendors, ensuring that every decision is made in your best interest—for a wedding that is truly yours.
Full Service Wedding Planning & Design
— Starting at INR 7,00,000 (approx. USD 8,500) onwards for two events over two days with up to 5 guests.
An overview of our role & responsibilities —
– Consultations with you via phone/email throughout the planning process.
– Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed.
– Recommend and book hotels.
– Liaise with hotels regarding event plans and room booking.
– Designing and creating the event(s) encompassing rentals, flowers, candles etc.
– Booking of all suppliers associated with wedding events.
– Preparation and management of detailed timeline/itinerary.
– Monthly/Fort Nightly/Weekly check in call or emails depending on leading time towards the event date.
– Liaising with all suppliers and supervision of event(s).
– Getting required permissions and licenses for events.
– Create master itineraries for vendors and bridal party members.
– Manage all vendor interactions leading up to the wedding day.
– Team to arrive 2 to 3 days before first event starts and meeting with couple to go over everything.
– Manage all coordination for the various events.
– Execution of the timeline on the wedding day starting as vendors arrive onsite until clean up is concluded at the venue.
– Troubleshooting as needed.
We take care of almost every aspect of the wedding, from designing save-the-dates to curating thoughtful return gifts and everything in between. However, we do not handle guest transportation and hospitality management directly. If needed, we are recommend vendors who core expertise is these services to ensure a seamless experience.
Intimate/Micro Weddings (upto 30 guests)
— Starting at INR 4,00,000 (approx. USD 5000) onwards for two events with up to 30 guests
An overview of our role & responsibilities —
– Let us bring your intimate gathering to life with comprehensive design and planning for weddings with 30 guests or fewer.
All the services mentioned under full-service wedding planning and design are included.
Couple Wedding (upto 5 guests)
— Starting at a minimum of INR 8,00,000 (approx. USD 9,500) onwards for two events over two days with up to 5 guests.
An overview of our role & responsibilities —
We love planning couple weddings and offer a comprehensive package that includes accommodation, venue rental, photography, bridal makeup, henna services for both the bride and guests, décor, and full planning and coordination. Additional vendors can be arranged based on specific requirements, ensuring a seamless and personalized celebration.
