What should I look for when hiring a wedding planner?
Two things: experience and compatibility.
You’ll be working closely for months and you need someone who understands your vision, communicates openly, stays calm under pressure, and acts in your best interest.
The right planner will feel like a trusted counterpart, strategic, empathetic, and clear-headed, especially when it matters most.
Should I hire a planner first or book the venue first?
Ideally, hire your planner first.
A planner can guide you through venue scouting, budgeting, and negotiation helping you choose a location that fits your celebration, not just your guest count.
If you’ve already booked your venue, that’s fine too. We’ll build thoughtfully around it.
Do you charge a fee for the initial consultation?
Our first call and a few follow-up conversations are complimentary.
This space is about understanding each other, not rushing decisions.
We only move forward when it feels right on both sides.
What is the retainer to reserve our wedding dates?
Once your venue is confirmed, a non-refundable booking deposit of 30% secures your date.
If your venue is still being finalized, we offer a phased retainer option starting smaller and completing once the venue is booked.
How far in advance should we start planning our wedding?
For destination weddings, starting 12–18 months ahead is ideal.
It gives us time to secure the perfect venue, source the best vendors, and weave together every detail with care.That said, we’ve crafted beautiful weddings in as little as 15 days the rhythm is yours to set.
What’s the best way to communicate during the planning process?
However you’re most comfortable email, WhatsApp, or calls.
We adapt to your rhythm while maintaining healthy timelines, staying connected across time zones with ease and clarity.

Where are you based, and where do you plan weddings?
We’re headquartered in Delhi, with workspaces in Goa and Jaipur.
Our weddings span Goa, Rajasthan, Kerala, Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Vadodara, and beyond wherever your story leads.
How many weddings do you take on each year?
We plan no more than 8 to 12 weddings a year.
Each one is chosen thoughtfully based on connection, shared vision, and a feeling that we can create something extraordinary together.
But sometimes, a wedding speaks to us on a different level a cultural celebration we’ve never done before, an intimate gathering with a deeply personal touch, or a vision that challenges us creatively.
In those moments, we set aside numbers and logistics, choosing to take on the wedding simply because we love it.
Those experiences inspire us, push our creativity, and add depth to the weddings we craft.
Who are your couples?
Many of our couples live abroad in New York, London, Singapore, Dubai and choose India for their destination wedding.
They value elegance over extravagance, moments over milestones, and experiences that feel personal and lasting.

We approach every venue with fresh eyes, shaping it into something uniquely yours.
Will you work with vendors we suggest?
Absolutely, if they align with the spirit and standards of your celebration.
We curate teams thoughtfully, recommending vendors based on skill, professionalism, and fit — never commissions.
Who handles the wedding design and production?
We do and we take it personally.
From florals to layouts to lighting, we oversee every creative detail to ensure coherence, beauty, and emotional resonance.
Design is not just visual for us, it’s how a space feels when you step into it.
Do you work with commissions?
No, we do not accept commissions from vendors.
Every recommendation we make is purely based on your wedding’s needs and not hidden incentives.
